In high season, minimum 15 days at the owners’ discretion.
Booking
50% deposit
Bookings are secured with a 50% deposit; the balance is due 30 days before the start of the stay.
Security deposit

Returned at the end of the stay after checking for any damage.

Tends the paths and garden daily; the lawns are mowed once a week.

A butler (house man) who looks after guests from A to Z: restaurant and event bookings, cars, boats, managing the household staff, any problem that needs solving. Plus extra housekeeping hours, babysitter, cook, massage therapist and personal trainer: trusted people we make available to you, at an extra charge.

For six people, moored in Porto Rotondo in the villa’s own berth, ready and equipped for a trip to the islands. Available on request.

Location
Porto Rotondo, a stroll away
The villa is 300 metres from the centre of Porto Rotondo and 500 metres from the marina. Porto Cervo is 15 km away, the Pevero Golf Club 10 km; the La Maddalena archipelago is 45 minutes by sea and Corsica an hour and a half.
Getting here. Olbia Costa Smeralda airport, about 20 km away, has convenient flights to the main Italian and European cities. From the airport, taxi service with the villa’s own driver.
