The sea, all around
The villa stands at the top of the hill overlooking Porto Rotondo, taking in the whole gulf of Cugnana as far as Cala di Volpe and the islands of Mortorio and Le Camere.
Yet the village centre is only a five-minute walk away, straight down Via della Cava del Tom. The beaches are close by, chic and well equipped, with exclusive parasols and sunloungers to book, bathing service, bar and restaurant.

The villa
Light, glass and granite
Completely restored, the villa opens onto a spacious dual-aspect living room with large panoramic windows over the gulf and the sea of Porto Rotondo, and onto a beautiful patio sheltered from the wind.
There are four bedrooms, each with private bathroom, TV, minibar, heating and air conditioning, a concealed safe and private access to the terraces.
The guest cottages
Three cottages, total privacy
Three independent guest cottages, each with a double bed, a single bed and private bathroom: seven more beds, with TV, air conditioning, fridge, some with a kitchenette, and an entrance all of their own.

The pools
Carved into the rock
Perfectly set into the granite landscape: Hollywood-worthy in their drama, yet with the restraint of truly beautiful things.
A large one with water features, counter-current swimming, hydromassage and massage shower; a smaller, heated one where you can stand everywhere, with jets and a neck-massage cascade. Plus a steam bath, a gym and an experience shower.
The garden
A hectare of scrub and flowers
The garden, over a hectare in size, is the natural completion of the house: open space to be lived in, on gentle rocky slopes running down to the pools, among granite formations that time has turned into modern sculptures.
The terraces
Rooms under the sky
The terraces are true extensions of the house, a bridge between indoors and out: not just a quiet place to sunbathe facing the sea or rest in the shade of an ancient wild olive, but a living part of the home, reaching out into nature.

Sculpted by the mistral
Tormented, evocative shapes, sometimes almost human, like the ghosts of the island’s ancient inhabitants; others smoothed by wind and sea, with the enduring power of natural things that have always fascinated.
By night
When the granite lights up
At night the pools and the garden light up: coloured underwater lights, rocks turned into a stage set, the experience shower among the boulders. Every corner of the property comes alive, ready for dinners and parties under the stars.
The cuisine
The scent of juniper
The new wood-fired oven cooks meat and fish for more than twenty people, giving every dish the unique flavour of juniper wood. On request, the villa’s cook prepares island cuisine and hosts Sardinian cooking classes, seafood lessons and tastings of local cheeses and wines.

Villa Cava del Tom is the ideal venue for events of every kind. Its magical, evocative natural setting has been chosen for films, weddings, advertising shoots and cultural exhibitions.
