Information on the processing of personal data

Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “Regulation”).

Data controller

The data controller under the Regulation is RR Luxury Renting SA, via Calprino 7, 6900 Paradiso Lugano (CH), Switzerland (the “Controller”). This notice refers exclusively to the processing of personal data carried out in order to provide information about the Villa Cava del Tom service.

Source of personal data

Personal data are provided directly by you through the fields of the enquiry form on this website and are processed by the Controller in accordance with data protection law (in particular, but not only, the Regulation and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 “Privacy Code” as amended), including security requirements.

Purposes of processing

Personal data are processed solely to provide information about Villa Cava del Tom and to fulfil the legal obligations to which the Controller is subject. Providing your data is necessary in order to receive information about Villa Cava del Tom; if you do not provide them, we will not be able to reply.

Legal basis

Processing for the purposes above is based on (i) the performance of obligations arising from a contractual relationship or pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and (ii) compliance with obligations under law, regulations or European Union legislation, and does not require your consent.

Data are kept only for as long as necessary to pursue these purposes and in any case no longer than the maximum period required by applicable law.

Recipients of personal data

Personal data are accessible within the Controller’s organisation to authorised staff and to any data processors appointed by the Controller. They may be disclosed to third parties involved in providing the service, for activities related to the purposes stated in this notice, and to anyone legitimately entitled to receive them under laws or regulations. The updated list of processors and recipients can be requested from the Controller. Personal data are not disseminated and are not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights under Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation, including, by way of example, the right to obtain confirmation as to whether your personal data exist, to check their content, origin and accuracy, and to request their integration, updating, rectification, erasure, anonymisation or portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) at any time.
