A panoramic living room, four en-suite bedrooms and three independent guest cottages: up to fourteen guests, each with their own space.
The living spaces
The heart of the home
The main house opens onto a large living room with wide windows over the gulf, sofas, TV, satellite and stereo. The dining room, with its crystal table and large windows, looks out over the harbour and the pools. Every room has heating and air conditioning.
The kitchen
New, large, facing the sea
A new kitchen (2022), very spacious and fully equipped, facing the sea, with a table for eight: oven, two new fridges and two new dishwashers, coffee machine, barbecue, blender and toaster.
A separate laundry, parking for several cars and an electric gate complete the main house.
The patio
Dinners sheltered from the mistral
The patio is the most sheltered spot in the villa, perfect for memorable dinners: a four-metre table comfortably seats fourteen, and the glass wall offers a 180° view of the sea.
Its two facing windows, with their “binocular” effect, frame Porto Rotondo even on the windiest days.
Sleeping area
Four bedrooms, four views
A corridor leads to the sleeping area, completely separate and divided into two distinct wings. There are four bedrooms, each with private bathroom, TV, minibar, heating and air conditioning, a concealed safe and private access to the terraces; a fifth bathroom is available for guests or staff. Seven beds in all.
The guest cottages
Independent, among the rocks
Three guest cottages, each with a double bed plus a single bed and private bathroom, for seven more beds: TV, air conditioning, private entrance, fridge, some with a kitchen.
Fully independent and totally private, they bring the villa’s capacity to fourteen beds.
